These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DMP web application (“Service”) provided by Prodigitrack LLC.
1. Use of Service
- The Service is intended for authorized business users only.
- Users must use the Service strictly for lawful procurement and business purposes.
- Unauthorized access, misuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service are prohibited.
2. User Accounts
- Access is granted via corporate credentials or authorized login methods.
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their credentials.
- The Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
3. Data & Content
- All data uploaded remains the property of the Customer.
- The Company may process data solely to provide and improve the Service.
- No data will be sold or shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
4. Availability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to fees paid for the Service (if applicable).
6. Termination
- Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or security risks.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
